Wow, I just couldn't believe my eyes. Inquired a few weeks ago for a commercial space in a small city. 25k for a month, eh hindi pa nga sya sa high foot traffic area ng syudad. Ikaw pa mag pa tiles, dahil lahat daw ng improvement ang mag re-rent magpapagawa. Just wow, basic lang naman ang tiles, hindi naman yan improvement.
